Timeframe for Returns
Products purchased from SCHWUA may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this 30-day period.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your product is defective or has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@schwua.com.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@schwua.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
