At SCHWUA, we deliver your orders in the most efficient and reliable manner. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Locations

We are able to offer shipping services exclusively to the United States. Our goal is to ensure that your order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to countries outside of the United States. However, we are continuously evaluating opportunities to expand our services. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options for your convenience, including standard, express, and overnight shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

Shipping Time

Please note that our shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or unexpected high demand.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-14 business days.

Shipping Charges

For orders with a total value of $20 USD or less, a shipping fee of $5 USD will be charged. However, for orders with a total value higher than $20 USD, the shipping fee will be waived.

International Shipping

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your product damaged, please contact us immediately at support@schwua.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

This policy is effective as of July 22, 2023, and we reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
